Notary marriage certificate

What Notary certificate do you wish to clarified? Notary is not a Marriage officer.

Sir I wanted to ask that the affedevit from notary declaring marriage if contains false contents can it be cancelled???Is it valid in the eyes of law??If the marriage has not been solemnized according to the hindu marriage act 1955 conditions and its alleged in the affedevit that it has done vaidik dharma paddhat.Thankyou.Can such marriages can be annuled??
