Needed a anna hazare for judicial reforms

There is an Anna Hazare standing against CORRUPTION.

But the root cause of corruption and increasing CRImINALITY in our country  is actually ,DELAYED JUSTICE and CONVICTION RATE of only 1%., which invokes no fear in law breakers, rather gives theM confidence to indulge in unlawful activities with ELAN.

Need of the time is that somebody takes the lead AND stands up and lead the country for FIGHT FOR JUDICIAL REFORMS .

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

CoMMon Man, though has a fundaMental costitutional RIGHT FOR JUSTICE, but it has actually been denied to hiM, by delaying it till his death.

The Root Cause of Corruption is Politicians . Manyreasons : -

          (i) Division of India took place because of Politicians like Gandhi , Nehru , Patel who accepted Partition

(ii) Division of Kashmir due to Nehru

(iii) Indira Gandhi was the cause of many :-

             (a) Rs 60 Lakh taken from a Bank , till not solved -I forgot the name but many will rember

             (

             (c) Her Foreign Policy was good

                    But corruption was rampant

(iv) Rajiv Gandhi -   Bofors , Purulia , Bhopal Gas tragedy etc

             (v) Manmohan Singh - 2G, Commonwealth , Antarx , many others

Anna Hazare would have laid his life , they would have shed crocodile tears and nothing would have happened

BJP , SP , BSP also have its share , but they are at a lower level

Thus if Politicians are clean , being masters , everyone else will be clean

First Power Corrupts Man , then Man corrupts power

               Solution : Seems not there

Main question is how to identify a good and honest person by the voter so that he may be elected to Assembly and Parliament

Work is required at each MLA Constituency of MLA level

I have suggested the path . P,l suggest how to proceed on this path

Go to 'ralegan sidhhi' and you yourself find out that 'behind every successfully so called 'noble/savior' person there is a hidden rival polical group' and its a game of chess.

People's sentiments are so cheap that it can be exploited any time and easily.

There was already a person in UP, who died of hunger strike (of more than 80 days or so). Nobody cared. did anybody? Did govt move? How govt shows off as if moved by agitation of some xyz.

Log jaise gunde/mawali palte the ... waise hi aajkal 'satyagrahi' bhi palte hai ... that is also an effective tool now a days.

But suddenly there comes a flood of resources who spend crores on the 'jantarmantar' pandals etc etc..... who wants to question? open your eyes

This kind of politics was prevailing in pre-independence era also!!!!

Only the person who seemed to be manageable to imperialists was allowed to grow in staure as mahatma, but rest others were brutally crushed and already buried under polluted history pages.

This is called the 'exit' strategy of british.

There is one more facet of 'exit' strategy. It is called 'judiciary'

British have gone home but they have left behind the redundent judiciary (especially 'judiciary mein 'jo roj eoj nakhare hote ai na wo' ) which stinks like never before. Judiciary ko abhibhi lagata hai ki we abhibhi british raaaj main hi hai aur there need not be any accountability.

Court kacheri ke chakkar mein , in front of the bench clerks and orderlys and bailiffs there... doctorates/scientists/nobel laurets are also reduced as a junk. the way judiciary/and lawyers treats and behaves is to reduce every litigant into a worthless garbage.

Judiciary and lawyers are never behind calling themselve a 'very very very noble profession!!!!

Judicial staff doesn't budge to judge!!!!! they finger point to to wrist watch 'it's my lunch time!!!.............I will do that hoshhhiyaaaar (all rise) ...etc etc dramabaaazi  after I come back finishing my tifin'

It happened so ... The lady judge wanted to probably go for meeting with district court 'before lunch hour' and hence must have called the 'Orderly',

and all the public standing infront of the chamber of the judge was really entertained (who was surprisingly taking matter that in chamber and not in court for some reasons may be).

'Judges sirf litigants pe hi dhok jama sakte hai'

Bench is even bigger that judge in our judicial system. Judges are living at the mercy of bench clerks otherwise bench clerks can easily csrew up the matter ... get the judges also in trouble and make them lose their job, reputation.

Nothing can happen... Moral of story.

Better to realign ourselves is the best solution.

in such scenarios foes also unite and those political parties who may not be acively behind it may also indirectly voluteer or don't mind if theri names get dragged into it.

And thus real mastermind 'political group' manages to remain behind the curtains.

This is called politics and that's why it deserves some admirations,

And also that in the whole exercise it had some impact towards betterment and some deterence against corruption, but it is not even 0.001 % impact or improvement.

But something is better than absolutely nothing---this is what the 'coomon man' always hopes for.

At least people are ready to talk. and media's dimentions of message delivery are changed.

Now you see : -

                    (i) What is wrong in bringing the Anti Corruption Wing directly under LOKPAL

(ii) What is wrong in setting up independent mechanism for appointment of LOKPAL

(iii) Declaring All USD stacked in Swiss and other countries being National Waelt
