"A"name is entered in p.r.card in column "itar bhar"in pune maharashtra.the sole owner of land is government.no name is entered in the column leassee.only name of "A"is entered in column "itar bhar".though he is neither owner and neither leassee.he possess some part of that land illegally.some years ago he applied for that land from govt.on lease ..the secretary of state on the application from coliector sanction the land but did not issue any lease by collector.now i demanded some part of that land on lease from collector.in all officials record no documents is available relating to name"A"whose name is entered in "itar bhar".only a entry finds in p.r.card in itar bhar.whether "a"can prevent me to obtain the land on lease from govt.though land is vacant which i demanded .no one possess the land which i demanded.please guide me.
