Muslim property ancestral

Hi all,

please let me know that can i buy a ancestral property of muslim brother , who has 6 sons and 2 daughters but issue is original person has died and property named to his one of his son as pattedhar in passbook(only they have passbook and pahani) so they sold to others, in that sale deed document buyers(this is first saledeed) mentioned pattedhar son as "vendor patedhar"(pass book) and others all brothers and sisters as mentioned in sale deed and they signed but they are mentioned as "consent party". so can i buy the property ? and can they put any case?  and my sale deed will be second one.

Apparently others have signed as 'Consenting party/witneses'.

 

The muslim property devolves as per well laid rules as per sect e.g; Shia, Sunni.........

and preferably show all docs on record, copy of original title deed, link documents etc to an able counsel specialzing in family/property/revenue/civil matters and well versed with islamic lawas applicable to the sect of the owners.....
