hi , myself working in GROUP C CADRE IN BSNL (PSU), I have completed my probation of 2yrs now, i want to do my post graduation (M.Tech) full time , but i have been told i cannot have study leave since minimum of 5yrs of service is necessary.Now i am ready to go on leave for 2yrs leave without pay, can i avail this leave ?if not sanctioned how to proceed further.

BSNL leave rules are attached. Kindly go thru study leave carefully.
However it shall be appropriate to obtain leave rules/study leave from your company and go thru it carefully.
The union/HR/Personnel/admin in your company can guide you how to obtain the rules applicable in your company or you can obtain these thru RTI.
