Dear Sir,
i have a land in my father name which he has rented out to one of his known person . he is tenant on this land for more than 10 years. now he has sue us that this land is not ours though we have all the legal documents but still case is in court for long time but no decsion made. kindly suggest how we can proceed so that we can get our land back.he is in pocession right now with out any legal proof .he has started depositing some amount in court of law against rent.
