Hi,
I have invested some money in Pacl India Limited for 6 years and now the regulators have made me wait for more than 8 years for the returns. Pacl India Limited was ordered by regulators Sebi and Sat to refund the returns before November 11, 2015 but the company has not refunded the returns. The case against the company has been running for almost 20 years in district courts and High court and with the help of local politicians in India, the company has managed to get stay order from High court. Now the case has been transferred from High court to Supreme court of India.
