Flat in Mumbai where I am sole nominee 100% though i have brother and sister.
Bldg was demolished under redevelopement.
New bldg constructed and the new tripartite agreement in my name only.
Share certificate of the society is the same nominee.
Can I gift deed the flat to my daughter.
There is no claims from my brothers or sisters since 8 years.

The nomination in society in Maharashtra does not confer ownership.
Owner can gift.
