Deletion of bad threads

Thank you admn... it is very much needed that queries get scrutinised before they are put in the forum.

Moderator should also take care to review the point system earned / gained by few friends on account of duplication of entries,  Greetings, Yes I agree with so and so, Thanks givings, etc.  All these aspects should not be counted for points.  Healthy articles, legal analysis, expert opinion which immediately resolve the matter should be given due weightage for extra bonus points.  Constructive suggestions should also carry due weightage.
 

there should be thorugh discussion on every topic. there should be solutions for the problems at basic level answers should not be as go to court ,sue in court , merits also may be counted to the suggetions by following which the problems r solved 

Why can't the basic Rules and Regulations for participation in the Forum can be published in the LCI portal itself to avoid such situations?
