Mediation failed in CAW Cell Nanakpura in first week of June. DCP said that now FIR will get registered. Till now, there is no FIR registered yet and no information from CAW cell on next steps. Can anyone please advise based on experience what are the timelines for registering the FIR and further proceedings when mediation fails in CAW cell. What to expect next?

Generally they get it registered immediately, u don't know what must be going in their mind.

sometimes they suggest you the option of filing fir if mediation fails.you need to register the fir by yourself by approaching the police station
