We have ancestral property(Agriculture land) which was jointly owned by my father and his brother. After death of my father we had transferred the share of property in our name. In 7/12 extracts this property is co-owned by my uncle and us. But the uncle is not giving our share and is trying to plough the entire share. Is there any legal remedy and how much time would it take.
