Affidavit

We have been asked to submit one affidavit to Maharashtra pollution control board stating that we did not had any construction during previous financial year.

Now, Can I use stamp paper of rs. 100 to get the affidavit printed or is there any specific requirement for stamp duty for making affidavit  in maharshtra. ?
