498a aquittal appeal by a condone delay section 5 limit act

A condone delay petition was filed by state after appeal period in sessions. 

would it be allowed ? how the 378 amendment apply to this appeal.

delay was more than 100 days? any adivce to this please

doesnt that appeal need to filed in high court for SLP. 

how can it be allowed in sessions court

appeal allowed in within 90 days only. no condone petition allowed after 90 days.
