420 case misappropriation of govt funds

sir I am Karnataka govt collegiate education department employee working in assistant professor position .sir I am facing criminal case u.sec 409 &420 and I got bail now I am under suspension.its mis appropriation of ₹ 2875000 govt funds.whether can I get back for job or not and what are legal procedures I have to face in my forthcoming days.
