my company has filed in junior court a request for injunction against a land Developer not to enter or intefere with my land since Developer did not pay us in full making development agreement infructuous.
for last 4 years Developer has filed 15 frivolous applications all of which have been dismissed/ ruled against by the junior judge..
at which point Developer always appeals to high court (causing further delays) and note that high court has also always ruled against Developer's appeals.
in the meantime Developer is asking me for a huge sum as settlement to stop the delaying tactic and depart from his "office" he has established on my land.
the question is:
how to stop / handle/ get around these endless frivolous appeals that are delaying the main injunction case?
