Friends,
We met with a major accident on a state highway. As my rear wheel bursted, I lost control & we rolled over. We lost 1 of our friends while the others were left with minor injuries. Though the fact was different, FIR was filed against the fact and it was written as "due to careless driving...", we did not argue with police friends at that time as we had to push things ahead for postmortem at the earliest. After which my case was filed in Sec. 304A :(
After then, money played a vital role in each and every movement towards my bail and until now (in one day) I have spent ~25000 as bribes. There was no other option left for me to better deal the situation. I got my bail through a lawyer out there and was informed that they will not provide me a copy of that bail order.
1) Is it so?? cant we get a copy of that bail order? coz, i dont have any other proof to claim that i got a BAIL.
Next, I am awaiting letter for "hearing" which is expected to reach me in a month or two.
2) what should i do as my next step to better deal with the case. ?
The lawyer who took me in BAIL keeps on pushing me to meet him to discuss about the govt. insurance money my friend might get. Also he forces me to deal the car insurance matters at his station (accident happend out of my station) - I am bit afraid that they might be asking for more and more un affordable money from me :(
Please help me with the next steps & please dont mind as I am blaming anyone in lawyersclub forum, unfortunately thats the truth
