  • Prashanth Hs says : Tenancy in Common
Hello Sir, I'm planning to buy a 50% undivided share in a commercial property in Karnataka. Can this be registered via a new sale deed? Will the EC reflect both co-owners? Some lawyers say the Kaveri portal doesn’t allow two owners for one property. Is tenancy in common allowed? If yes, what precautions should I take as the buyer? Thanks in advance
