    There is minor typing mistake for building name on my index 2 it is type as Empire estate R co-op housing society instead of Empire Estate K co-op housing society whereas wing K4 and flat no is correct on Index2 and everywhere on sale deed is correct as Empire Estate K co-op housing society, Please suggest whether I need to go for rectification deed or it is not required And even after rectification deed, do we get new Index2?

    My father buyed a property under the name of my elder brother.He buys the plot in 1973 in which he buyed half plot under the name of my mother and half under the name of my elder brother.My elder brother was 24 years old at that time and was working with my father,he did'nt had any source of income.He lives with my father only.So,can i make a claim to that property which was buyed by my father under the name of my brother?
