To know whether there are “Encumbrances” or any other transaction on immoveable properties we are taking the help /services of Registration Office and applying for Encumbrances Certificate and the SRO Office are now Computerized and We are getting EC on the same day within hours . To know whether there is a suit or not - against immoveable property, generally it is to be verified year wise Suit registers of Local Courts more particularly in Three Courts Junior Civil Judge /Senior Civil Judge and District Judge Courts . If a System is developed in the, Court & Revenue Department and other dispute adjudicating Authorities, Records (like that of Registration Office Records) it would be convenient for the party who is purchasing the property and to the Banks / PFI who are lending money on the Securities of the Immoveable properties.
