sir, i am from rewa (m.p.). I want to rent out my flat for a period of 11 months @ rs 7000 p.m. pls suggest me the format for lease agreement and the value of stamp that has to be annexed. Do the photographs & identity proof of both parties are also required? Does this agreement need to be notorised by a notory or registered or the agreement is well and ok without any of their stamp.
