In c.r.p i the defendant has not recieved the summons , the listing date is given,
1- can i get the documents /affidavit with petition filed from the section. or

2- will i get summons from court.

If you now the date of the case , you can simply appear in the case and ask for copies of the petition. You have to take bail as well.

It is so simple that in case you are aware about the case filed against you, despite non receipt of summon and interested in defending your interests involved, you can appear before the court and project your defense.

As you know about the proceeding of the case so better to appear in the case and demand the desired documents from the petitioner.
