You have posted that:

"Is there any legal issues of after getting admission my application get rejected due to this conduct certificate?"

It is not clear that you were student or employed?

Why such 'Not Satisfactory conduct certificate' was issued?

Did you contest it on merits?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 October 2016
The conduct certificate plays an important role in one's life may its holder be a student or a teacher.

I don't know whether you are a teacher or a student but one thing is sure that none other than the issuer of such certificate is competent to correct it.

If you suspect that the entries are beyond the record then definitely you have a legal right to get those entries challenged before the Court of Law.

Agree with Mr.Makkad..

You have knocked the wrong door. Yours is not a legal problem, rather adminstrative and academic query still having no problem in that respect also without applying.

Ask the concerned university or college.

The experts above have advised best as per the best perception could be made from sketchy information.
stefen Ronald (Querist) 02 October 2016
yes I am a student..............i was awarded that certificate for not bribing the principal.....but no evidence.........i wish to join some other course but i fear that this conduct certificate will be a problm for admission.
P. Venu (Expert) 02 October 2016
If you regret your overreach, apologise to the principal and get a fresh conduct certificate.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 02 October 2016
Expert Mr. P. Venu has given wise advise.

Or contest on merits.
However it shall be time consuming and may involve litigation.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 02 October 2016
Meet the principal to reconsider.

if no result, approach court and challenge.
P. Venu (Expert) 02 October 2016
It is my considered opinion that no Court can overlook the admitted wrong doing and direct the principal concerned to issue a corrected conduct certificate.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 02 October 2016
Wrong doing, its scope, action, powers to take such action, procedure can be considered by the court while deciding.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 October 2016
If the base of recording the entries is malafide without considering natural justice then certainly court has power to intervene.
stefen Ronald (Querist) 02 October 2016
hmm.......court...........is not for poor...students here in kerala qualified for NEET exam were denied admission for mbbs by the college...the students filed petition before forum praying for a chance of admission because they qualified but dont have 1 crore deposit bond. you know what judiciary did........they dismissed the prayer of the students with compensation of 10000 or jail...forum supported colleges management...here life is getting bitter day by day............poor need to suffer and rich only enjoy....
stefen Ronald (Querist) 02 October 2016
i just want to know any other solution..whether i can join with this conduct certificate of not satisfactory..what all can i do to get a new one . ? Sri P Venu only think that entire student communities are bad and all teachers and faculties are angels...I dont agree with you sir...Kindly step into the shoes of students then you will know the pain...simply being didactic is not a positive answer. please excuse if this comment hurt you...but nevertheless to say..........

Mr. Stefen,

You are right to some extent. Just for a handful of mischievous and riotous students, the whole of the students community cannot be blamed to be wrong or riotous.

But, principly I am deadly against ruining career of any person just for some ideological difference of the authorities at the helm of affairs.

About your problem, prima-facie, no principal would like to take you in his institution/college due to adverse certificate of conduct. But, if you are able to convince the principal about the basic cause of ideological difference, you may probably succeed to get the admission, as it is not mandatory that only the conduct certificate can be a cause of disqualification for admission of a student.

Education is your constitutionally granted right, you must get it. Nobody can become undue hindrance in that. But you must ensure maintenance of discipline in your student life. There can be hundred and one ways to get the student problems sorted out by peaceful means.
stefen Ronald (Querist) 03 October 2016
Thank you Sri P.S.Dhingra sir....atleast you read the mind of students...........
stefen Ronald (Querist) 03 October 2016
Can a institution accept a conduct certificate from and Association president or from the place of employment?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 03 October 2016
If the student has not indulged in any act or activity that is bad in that Principle must not post adverse comments.

Minor indiscretions can be ignored.

Even the Supreme Court of India has noted;

"At that age young people often commit indiscretions, and such indiscretions can often been condoned. "

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL APPEAL NO(s). 1430 OF 2007 COMMR.OF POLICE AND ORS Appellant (s) VERSUS SANDEEP KUMAR Respondent(s)

It might be indeed possible to erase/amend the comments.

The Inst. where you are seeking admission might have issued detailed guidelines; on which certificates are to be produced and the faculty that sit for admission can take its decision to accept or reject a document.

You can try.

Guest (Expert) 03 October 2016
Dear Stefen.

For the purpose of continuation of studies, for an institution there is no relevance of a conduct certificate issued by Association president or the employer.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 October 2016
Agree with the expert P.S. Dhingra ji.
P. Venu (Expert) 03 October 2016
It appears that I had misread the author's postin 'i was awarded that certificate for not bribing the principal.....' I had missed the 'not' and my suggestions were given in my reading that the author had admitted his wrongdoing, as I understood.

I cannot but regret my lapse, may be because in the haste to respond to as many queries as possible.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 03 October 2016
In cases where experience of candidate is taken into account e.g. MBA/PG course the certification from employer may suffice.

However educational certificates may still be asked.

The charterer certificate/or so called Conduct Certificate/School Leaving Certificate may not be asked.

You may check with concerned instt.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 03 October 2016
If you are comfortable you may post full facts why such noting was issued to you and what was the background, and why the demand of bribe!

Or you may share with your own counsel.

stefen Ronald (Querist) 03 October 2016
