I got marriage in April 2016 but after some days my mother in law n my husband will create some problems which is not good for me,they will teas me from morning to till night and I was sick and not well but they are regularly work done by me and they did not give me well treatment and between me n I never any kind of relationship which is become after marriage between a husband and wife.my husband was not love me physically or emotionally. Now I m leaving with my parents last 3 months. My husband and Me both are working in a pvt sector. What should do I m not able to understand.kindly help me.

Well, this is more a personal problem than a legal one.
If your husband does not love you then you have to keep patience for the day when he starts loving you or else you have to par ways amicably.
Talk to him passionately to understand his take on your married life and then take decisions after much deliberations.

It shall be better to try for reconciliation with the intervention of elders. The married life should be happy and caring which is not possible one-sided but there are also plenty of examples wherein wife won-over the entire family which earlier was harassed and humiliated.
Try to reconcile.

Me n my parents many times went my husband's home but they (husband'family)do not understand of my problem.if I had talked some problems to them they would not have understood.my husband is saying he can't change own nature for me.he never talk with Me either oncall or msgs.even he do not love me physically or emotionally that's why we have no any future or due to that reason I can't consev because he didn't love me physically till I live with him.so I have no single reason back to him.

The posting suggests that the marriage has not been consummated, though the author finds it difficult to express the state of affairs in definite words.
If so, you can seek divorce on this ground. However, it would be advisable to go for counselling the explore the possibilities of making the relationship workable.

You have not mentioned the actual reason behind it.
You have to engage lawyer at your home town. File case of annulment, if marriage has not consummated. Divorce can be filed after one year of marriage.
May file case of dowry and domestic violence to pressurize them.

Try to have amicable solution:
To save marriage
if not possible;
To divorce with mutual consent if possible.

If you file police case then all dowry articles shall be got recovered by the police from him which can be got released by you under the order of concerned court.
You need to engage a local lawyer for all these issues.

It means I can take which dowry which had given by my parents before filing divorce. M I right? Actually don't want to insult anyone that's why I am not taking this type of step like police n all,that's why I m taking advice from you that is, is that any kind of law that I can't take my dowry (stridhan) which had given by my parents? Without lodging FIR, the chances of return of istridhan is very remote so explore that option.

Try yourself/alongwith elders of your family/renowned persons/elders of both families/ etc etc.............
Sometimes it works.
Many times it may not.
If everything has been tried and not fetched any result then police, and court of law is the recourse.

What is the procedure which I can get the stridhan because some people saying u can't take your stridhan without any lawyer Or firstly u arrange a lawyer and lawyer will go to my in laws home with my family, me and then we can get stridhan and then also we need to go court with lawyer who will clear the front of judge that we are separating from last 4 months. Is it the procedure to get stridhan?

Divorce Petition could be filed Only after completion of One Year of Marriage.If both of you your husband and your self are not happy in your Life ,Have a Peaceful and Pleasant Discussion for Mutual separation and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which could be Over in 6 months but you could apply for the same only after completion of one year of marriage.For Other Types Of Divorces there is NO Prescribed Time Limit and it could be going on even for a decade.On Saying Please and with polite Request you could get back your Dowry and other things.Obviously the Other side would be aware of the Consequences if they Refuse.Better Sort it out Peacefully.

For taking back your stridhan take help of police.
It is better to engage a lawyer / better some known to your family, he would be able to guide you properly and in case of immediate need.

Kya aesi bhi koi law hoti h ki agar main use divorce na dena chahu for lifetime q ki main nahi chahti jaise meri life kharab hui hai ease kisi aur ladki ki life spoil ho or sath me ladki k family b ghut ti hai or main ab chahti bhi nahi ki ab meri dubara marriage ho par meri family maanegi nahi jaisa ki har kisi k family chahti h ki hamare bache khush rahein par aesa koi law hoti h kya ki agar main use divorce na du kabhi bhi par main marriage kar paaun after one year of marriage(jaisa ki family chahti h ki main dusri marriage karu ) par wo na kar pae jab tak main divorce na du or agar use divorce diye bina meri family ne meri marriage kar Di to kya wo mujhpe claim kar sakta h please give the right choice For right way.
