If the to complainant consents to out of court settlement through Lok Adlat for cheating case You approach District court and apply for proceeding to:Lok Adalat court whose decree is binding on both the parties the settlement complainant and Accused. Once LOk Adalat puts its sign and stamps and seal on the decree as per Legal Authorities Act the decree is binding and the lok Adalat disposes of your case within 15 minutes or 1/2 an hour .Normally bail is rule and Jail is an exception. Moreover cheating is a compoundable bailable case.

No court shall declare an accused as "farar" when s/he is attending Court proceeding, your statement is "unbelievable". It is a hypothetical story.

Consult your tutor.

You are "farar" from disclosing your identity, no reply.
