Not a legal problem.

You may better refer to the leave rules applicable to Nellore municipality or seek help from the HR/ Admn unit of the said mucicipality.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 26 August 2016
You please refer your rule policy pertaining to Nell ore Municipality.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 26 August 2016
you have so far not given any problem being faced.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 26 August 2016
Go thru leave rules.

Approach and check with sanctioning authority.

Did you declare the said Internship in appointment/employment application or forms?

Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 August 2016
Refer your service rules, may prey your employer.a

Leave could be sanctioned during probation period. However, sanction of leave, as applied for, is not a right; it could refused in the exigencies of service.
cherukuri prasad (Expert) 27 August 2016
I don't think your leave will be sanctioned as per rules. Approach Hyderabad High Court for relief. Contact me if necessary as I work there.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 August 2016
Employer should promote non-discriminatory practices.

Should not make prejudicial distinction.

Prefer to first: exhaust internal redressal mechanism of application explaining the background facts, reason.......appeal.
P. Venu (Expert) 27 August 2016
The author has not yet applied for leave. Apply for it.

It is premature to agitate about seeking judicial review. Moreover, the matter are too trivial for approaching the courts. And Courts would be slow in interfering such matters.

The High Court has no jurisdiction as there is State Administrative Tribunal in AP.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 August 2016
Application is the 1st step.

Of course under proper acknowledgment.

Rest Mr. Venu has already clarified that 'The High Court has no jurisdiction as there is State Administrative Tribunal in AP.'
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 August 2016
High Court has every jurisdiction but it also requires first go to tribunal and only then come to it.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 08 February 2018
I agree with venu also.
