Injection / stay order against a road construction

Sir
I am working in Bahrain. I have a land in Kerala, India. A mud road which is starting from a public road, ends in the border of my land. A group of persons planning to continue the mud road stating that they are going to join this mud road to a Public road from our border to other border of my land without the permission of me.

If and only if this road join to a public road, then I am ready to give the land over my border provided the owner of the land who is sharing the border of my land also willing to share the land equally.
I came to know this matter by a secret informer. I didn’t get any kind of notice from the Local Authority or anyone still.
Kindly advise me sir. How can I face this issue. If there is any solution please advise me is it possible in the absence of me as I am not in India.
