One of the partnership firm has filled write petition in 2001, with frauduntal certificat construction work done & documents etc and as per HC order he get the order in his favour, Municipal Corporation awarded the contract and now we can file the FIR or inform to the chief Justice. Please Advice.

if court order has been obtained by misleading court and by relying on fraudulent experience certificate you can write letters to muncipal corporation pointing out the fraud .

you can also file writ petition in HC challenging award of contract to partnership firm

partnership firm has filed write petition in 2001 against Municipal Corporation for non opening of Financial bid. accordingly HC order for open the financial bid, and if they were lowest, issue the order, HC is unknown about fraudulent experience certificate which was attached with bid and also exhibit with the petition. Accordingly Municipal Corporation awarded the contract without verification & confirmation the of fraudulent work done experience certificates.
Will this petition available with HC old recoord 2001.

Please advice that he has misslade to HC as well as Municipal Corporation what is penal action to be taken.

How are you related to this issue? what were you doing so far ?, you can write to the Municipal authorities about the fraud that has taken place.
