sir,

please advise me the best online coaching of court practice
prabhakar singh (Expert) 18 December 2014
Seniors do not have time to run such strange coaching, nor is there any one of desired nature ,at least in India.

Join a local seniors' chamber.

There is lot of difference between the theory and practice. Even the best of the best online coaching of court practice cannot help you instead of resulting in to waste of your time and money in just getting some vague what to do and what not to do, as would have been prepared even by some novice, having failed in practice. As suggested by Shri Prabhakar Singh, "eeniors do not have time to run such strange coaching" they do not also have the need to take up such coaching as their business and earnings can be much more than getting any fruitful results by wasting their precious time by ignoring attention from their own client's needs.

So, the first and the formost essentiality is to instill confidence in yoursef with a mantra, "I CAN DO." Your own efforts, practice and mistakes would be your guru to make you expert.

The second important requirement is concentrate on your studies well instead of learning just for passing the exam.

The third important requirement will be "watch & learn." So watch what the seniors do in the court of law, analyse the elements of difference of styles in their practice and learn from such things.

Get practical experience by associating yourself with some senior lawyer.

practice under senior advocate atleast 3 years.

and on spare time, sit on the court.

Though it is not a must, one has to equip with the court procedures and understanding of the legal formalities, which needs constant follow up.No doubt a lawyer is not considered as such just on the completion of the law course, but only after knowing the drafting and presentation of the cases with the stamps, court fees, furnishing of the required documents etc.,can alone make a full fledged professional.

I too not heard any online coaching classes for guiding the court procedures to new entrants.

The experts have advised well, better make use of the opportunity to the best possible extent and then jump into the fray.
