Recently we filed complaint in district consumer forum for deficiency of service on my house builder. The petition got dismissed can we challenge it further to get justice.

Yes, you can challenge this order in state commission.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 30 November 2014
How (on what ground) the complaint has been dismissed by District Consumer Disputes Redresal Forum, i.e., on its merits or non-prosecution, technical defect, fees not paid or any other reason?

Premature to render any advise in the absence of judgment.

However, if the complaint has been dismissed on its merits, I agree with expert advise of Mr. Devayoti Barman, you can file an appeal before your state commission.

Appeal is your right.
