dear sir,
my hindu cousin and muslim girl was want to married in 2009. they had done snaps in kali mata mandir Patiala In the snap my cousion put sindor var mala in her head.After that day they left each other due to parents pressure . my question is this marriage is valid or not . no hawan was done. only they were taken photographs in the temple to showoff the marriage to their parents . plz reply its very urgent .

Just putting sindoor means nothing.
It is not a marriage under Hindu Marriage Act, as one of the party is not a Hindu.

It is not a Muslim marrige either as 'Nikah' was not done.

It was not a registered marriage.

Therefore no marriage at all.

second chapter is my cousin married with another girl in 2011 after told this incident to that girl but after two and half year her wife left him and blame that he is already married and have not taken divorce with first girl .

Inspite of so many threads he could get no different reply. Only two threads are replied.

So when advise is free then there is no hard in getting it repeated. I wonder if he will pay so many advocates to seek advise.
