the case got judgement without conducting trial.instead of investigatingofficer,one constable was crossexamined.can i file a complaint on the advocate for professional misconduct?

advocate must have his reasons for not cross examining IO . without going through the judgment we cant advice

in the judgement one reason stated that the complainant wanted compromise.so the judgement is not honourable aquittal.is this reason ok for not crossexamine invest.officr?pls ansr.
