Repeated query

(Querist) 13 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
I very humbly request the honorable experts to kindly be patient if there is repeated query. I think more time is wasted in mentioning 'repeated query' as would have been simple if replied or ignored.
Sometimes it is encouraged to have second opinion and repeat the query if the questioner is not satisfied with reply of one expert, So request very humbly to bear and understand.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 13 April 2014
After replying hundreds of queries regularly we find no merit in replying repeated query.

You repeat your query however in your original thread if you so wish but not by making fresh posting.
ajay sethi (Expert) 13 April 2014
experts have limited time at our disposal . if we start replying to repeated queries it would encourage querist to keep on posting same query again and again
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 13 April 2014
repeated query means taking viva of experts.

experts feel being taken for a ride by repeated query, it is repeated as it is free.

There is a difference between taking ice cream at party than taking at restaurant.

I feel charged with opinion of querist that I should ignore him.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 14 April 2014
Very well advised, I have similar opinion, avoid such query.
Guest (Expert) 14 April 2014
Well explained.

But, can you please explain what specific purpose is served by repeating query and wasting time of experts in reading the query repeatedly time and again?

Also, as a CA by profession, would you like to waste your precious time if someone starts repeating stories before you?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 14 April 2014

why onehas to repeat the query:-

(i) if he has not been able to convey his view point.

(ii) if he has not given all the facts in one post

(iii) if experts are not of the level of his IQ that they are not able to understand what he means.

(iv) experts do not have adequate knowledge.

(v) He has not got the advise soothing to his ears and eye.

(vi) he feels that by repeating query another set of persons would advise him.

(VII) advise here is free given by some idle experts who have no other business and just waste their time and energy, private net connect, private electricity and private expenses on increasing grade of spectacles.

Nice explanation by Expert Mr.Sudhir Kumar.
Dr. Shekhar (Querist) 14 April 2014
Mr Dhingra and Mr Sudhir, Very well explained. But very humbly very ld and honorable sirs the forum would have greatly appreciated your professional competence in winning this case of repeated query had you in same way answered the equerries too. Unfortunately for some reason there is never any reply to any query from you as an expert. Hope would be in future. Hope I too can express my opinion, may be you don't agree. My apologies for that.
Guest (Expert) 14 April 2014
Mr. Rakesh,

About your comments, "Unfortunately for some reason there is never any reply to any query from you as an expert," I don't know whether you treat yourself unfortunate to be not able to extract my reply to your queries, or you treat me as unfortunate in not replying your queries.

Anyway, to make it clear for you, I don't prefer to be fortunate by replying the vague, repeated or academic queries.

However, as a matter of charity, why do you feel I am compelled to reply your queries, when I have already claried enough in your other diverted part of the query?

Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 14 April 2014
I agree with Mr. P S Dhingra.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 14 April 2014
I think the experts have very well explained the author's query, but, it seems the author is still unconvinced with the given explanations. Let him apply his mind on the justified reasons expressed by experts above before coming out with a similar query.
