Without the permission of the local bar association and court you can not stand as surety.

I am of the view that you can stand surety in your private and individual capacity for your uncle. Your surety for your client only can be your debility.

You as a person can definitely stand as surity in the case. There is no requirement of any permission of any authority and the same do not come within ambit of misconduct of an advocate.
