Regrds,

Thank you to allexperts for giving the advice. I hv given the complaint case on 2007 Jan, it was registered also. Court has taken the evidence also. She kept my Cylinder which in my name, TV, Fridge, Fans, Washing Machine, My educational Certificates and so many thins. Before filing the case i hv given the complaint to Police and one Lady constable has gone alongwith me and she has requested to her to give certificates and all files regarding my office and everytjing. Lady constable also given the evidence to the court and she has told that all are the items there and she has denied to give. Cylider properiter also given the evidence infront of the court and he has given the document that my cylider consumer no and everything and he has given the evidence he has supplied to her also.
But JMFC has given the order that I have not submitted any bill which is regarding to me. I have written in the complaint that all my bills is kept by her because she has captured the house so evrthing along with her. But JMFC has told that for proving IPC406 u have to submitte purchasing bill.
I have applied Appeal to session court after long time it is registered. So Whatever thins i have told that is not stridhan or gold ornaments but i have told and given the list which is purchased by me. So please tell me how i will take my plea?

Try your luck after 7 years of incidence by wife who is divorced in 2010.Why could not you settle it till then.?

By the way, what were your valuable items, which she took? If you speak about ornaments, etc., which she would have received on the occasion of marriage, that fall within the purview of streedhan, and becomes her own property.

Did not your advocate guide you when you fought your case of divorce several years back?
