ticket booking fraud

Hello All,

I have booked ticket through Ticket new website. I did the payment and I got the confirmation mail but theatre staff didn't allow me inside they said my tickets confirmation did not come to theatre. When I talk to ticket new website they are saying we sent you confirmation mail you should seat in the theatre. Hence, my whole money went in vain. I want to know can I take legal action against theatre or ticket new website if yes, what kind of action and how should I proceed with this?

File complaint with consumer forum with the screen shot and claim compensation.

You can file a complaint in consumer forum attaching confirmation email and receipt of payment for ticket either online through through their website or in person approach the theater and claim compensation from them.

I should claim amount only which I spent? I mean its about my reputation that theatre management treated me so badly I mean I will not get any apology from those guys for their bad behaviour

You can claim the ONLY amount spent with compensation for mental agony, harassment and torture by opposite party, through a local prudent lawyer.
