Regarding noc to apply job

Hello sir,
i have a querry regarding NOc,presently iam working central govt joined in jan 2015 now am in probation period, i applied for state govt job which requires Noc in my present company they will provide noc in probation period

i applied the job not mentioning that i was a central govt employee because it was not required experience ( management trainee)

what i do if was selected pls suggest in this regard

What is the cause of worry, if you have not mentioned about your employment while applying for the job? Just resign from the present job and join the new job, instead of asking for NOC, which is neither expected to be granted nor would be of any benefit to you for such a short period of service.

I agree with the expert advise of Mr. PS Dhingra, however, even after resigning from present employment you will not mention any time any where qua this job.

You will have to observe the prescribed notice period or else, would be required to pay salry equivalent for the period short of notice period.
