Also my wife has texts me so many messages, in which she has put so many false allegations on me and my family members. Such as I have relationships with another women, I ask for dowry, I and my family beat her. again again she messages me like this. These all allegations have no base and truth at all. Because of her false messages I get mentally disturbed. I am also in terror. Please suggest me right direction.

Deny all allegations made against you and your other relatives. Move the Family court for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce if mental harassment sand cruelty is being inflicted by your wife to break the marriage.

Very simple suggestion for you is to hire services of some local lawyer to defend your case. You can't defend by yourself.

If it is not tolerable anymore you can decide to quit the married life by filing a petition seeking dissolution of your marriage by a decree of divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty.

She is actually creating records for going for a major trouble to you hence you may first issue a legal notice, secure that as evidence and then plan to file a divorce case.
