How to file a case on counselor

I came across a temple at Anekal where a local counselor illegally stopping the temple construction activities and have placed a hoarding stating that it is his property thereby rounding of the temple trust Katha and threatening them (Trust Members) to transfer the properties on his name. In spite of having permanent injunction and high court orders no legal protection is given to the trust members.Please suggest the procedures to file a case on the local counselor.

Kindly put light on the matter that what kind of protection has been given by High Court and what injunction
Further Proceed to file a police complaint or a complaint to magistrate against the conselor, and also to approproiate municipal authority to whome the conselor belongs to.

Do not file case directly against him.
Rather being a member of public file a civil suit for declaration and injunction on behalf of the temple.
It appears some high court order is there. if so then file contempt petition in the high court against non compliance of court order.

As the case is already pending in which mandir committee has already obtained stay order against the counselor so better to get the complianace of that order through he same court which may direct the police in this regard and can even initiate contempt of court proceeding thereto.

I too endorse the views of the experts on the subject issue, the counselor is not above law, he can be booked for the contempt offences and also for his atrocities, next time, call the press and get the matter publicized in the media, this will certainly have an impact.
