CAA is purely constitutional wherein it covers persecuted class of the adjoining Muslim States thus it do not affect the citizenship of any Indian. Article 14 or any other provision of constitution has no application in CAA.

Constitutional , as long as it does not differentiate people based on religion, caste, creed ,community, linguistic. All should be treated equally which is a fundamental right enshrined in our constitution. This is not to be used a play card for political mileage by any party. On nation interest , this reform has to provide social/international security for all the citizens of United States of India. Ruling or Opposition should not even try to make benefit & sesnsational attempt to divide the people and gain out of bloodshed.
