even the contesting advocates (in case of VIP criminals) be barred from giving press statement on merits of the case or what they argued in court. | |

The medias are treating themselves as Judges and pass comments which does affects the case. It is being done to improve their TRP ratings. | |

There is nothing like media trial. Judges don't process cases by seeing TV or reading newspaper. media publicity puts pressure on corrupt politician and policemen to be alert and process case quickly and fairly. | |
