| when the marriage tie is existing and physical relation in between them its presumed that at any point of time both ware agreed to enjoy, subsequently may one part aggrieved and wants to take revenge, rather the word ( marital rape ) should be deleted from the dictionary. | |

| marriage has very importance significance in our indian society.after marriage many rights,role and responbility emdowed naturally. our society has different culture and values for families .so it will be bad it bring this issue under the purview of law. | |

| Without consent of the spouse, it should be forced intercourse. the marriage between the gent and lady be performed according to the consent of the both parties and to the different customs. hence the question of marital rape does not arise. | |

In some cultures, marriage is recommended or considered to be compulsory before pursuing any sexual activity. When defined broadly, marriage is considered a cultural universal. | There is no reason to change the existing law in this regard, therefore the decision by government in this regard is highly appreciated and an encouraging factor. This if allowed will arm the arrogant and egoistic with one more deadly weapon for false cases against their spuses. | |
