| recently there was a fake case which was handled by police very carefully. Since Supreme Court has ordered no arrest without investigations, girls side are streesing police to arrest people. laws are very well misused by women. Guilties should be punished inrespective of the gender | |

| even previous laws was sufficient if done it properly.the lack of provisions in law is not the problem. the machinery is failing to implement it properly. bias, prejudice and bribe | |

| Already there is a hue and cry about the present laws which in most of the people's views are gender biased, anymore strict law brought in will leave all men as slave in the country. | |
