absolutely yes , because parents are the natural guardians. apart from legal point of view humanitarian approach should be there in these type of situation.

In my view, answering in 'Yes' or 'No' to the above said poll would be improper. Unless we are aware of the actual facts due to which & the concerning legislature under which, this extreme step was taken by the authorities, it will be based upon incomplete facts and without consideration of applicable laws. Hence, I have opted for 3rd option "Cant Say"
