| though sc plays a good role in swami's petition, but in some other cases not satisfactory. most of the perliamenterians about, 60% roughly, demanding JPC, THEREFORE it should be granted. another thingh our parliament is the highest institution. might be it is a case of corruption, but in every disputed cases of perliament, sc should not engage there. let it remain the highest authority, otherwise there will be confusion, - which is the greatest authority of india? | |

| Public Affairs Committee has limited powers. JPC is only a clearing House. CBI is dictated by the people in power. All these agencies have lost credibility. Supreme Court has got a very big role to play not only to fix the culprits but also direct the government to take a time bound action against the offenders. | |
