| yes,it is illegal.it is a settled law a notice should be served before taking any action against an employee, any how the jet airways already taken decission to reinstate the all employees, is ery happy news. | |

| the maxim audi alterm partem has not been complied in this case... before taking any step , the other party must be given an oppurtunity of being heard... there principle of natural justice has not been followed by jet airways | |

| the employee may give amount of the notice period then he no need to give any notice to the employee who is working on probation period. | |
