I DO NOT THINK THAT THERE IS ANY DEARTH OF STRINGENT LAWS IN THIS COUNTRY TO EFFECTIVELY DEAL WITH TERRORISM. WHAT IS NEEDED IS STRINGENT ENFORCEMENT OF THE EXISTING LAWS. MERE ENACTMENT OF LAW IS NO ANSWER BUT HOW IT IS ACTUALLY IMPLEMENTED IS RELEVANT.

Yes we need more stringent laws to deal with terrorism. Because the terrorism is not an offense but it is an undeclared war against the civilized nation.

The of blasts at Benguluru and Ahmedabad clearly proved the failure of our intelligence agencies. In these circumstances the Laws should be made more stricter so as to bring fear into the hearts of people who are linked with terrorist groups or activities.

Civilised Rebellion is to be handled in a civilised manner. In the war on terror, the only effective weapon is action backed by intelligence.

I think, al these factors in life would be there always & in fact it was there already cause that is the structure that we have made either it is in the form of religion or any thing else! Let's be realistic, only thing we can overcome this by strenthing our electronic item and make a good planning of managing our police and Information all across India, I believe one of the Important thing is lack of spreading out the Information either it is in the form of Pictures or Video or written documents/ official... I strongly believe the day we will resolve this information problem with in the department we could able to achieve one hurdle to overcome the Terrorism!!!

Without any hesitation. The present system does not cater to the protection of the common man. We need to have more stringent rules and more so its strict implementation.

We have to understand ourselves about the terrorism in our country and we should take very strong decisions to fight with it. If we take such decisions in present time, then the next generation will take a breath in open and free environment.

Otherise there is no end to terrorism in India, soft laws are in effecitve for controlling it

Yes with respect to terrorism many small children and other people who dont think that death will come such earlier dies and it creates a terror in the mind of general public and people are put in a terrible situation. They cant even live a happy life. THus very very stringent law is required to harrass terrorism and the politicians who support terrorism has to be put into bars immediately and be punished with in 48 hours of their arrest.

The criminals or terrorists are taking advantage of prolonged proceedure of trial. Hence it is also necessary to create more fast track courts, so that the criminals should keep in their minds before committing any crime that they will be subjected for trial very soon after their be arrested. In that case chances of hostile of a witness may be minimized.

we don't require any further laws agasint to deal with terrorism because we have already stringent laws by way of Indian penal code. necessity is to implement honestly without any favor, corruption and interference of politician as many of them are big criminal and giving shelters and using them for their political gain.

LAWS ARE ALREADY STRINGENT,BUT TOOO MANY LOOPHOLES.ALSO THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT TO DEAL WITH CASES RELATING TO TERROR CRIMES.

We need more of "political will" "Law implementing people and their strong will" and "General conciousness" than the stingent law .

Terrorism activities should be dealt with iron hand & with stringent possible measures giving ultimate importance to national security and not with a eye to vote bank politics for grab power by appeasing a particular community, caste & creed.

of course the libral view and sympathy towards terrorrist for the votes prevent parliament to make strict laws.

soft laws make law breakers more bold. with stringent laws people wil think twice before breaking laws, particularly against the nation.

The law govenors should be more strict in execution of the laws available now and some new stringets enactments may be helpful to curb ongoing terrorisom to the maximum extent

we need very strong intelligence cells, both civil and military, with effective coodination among all concerned under the prime minister and chief ministers.all available scientific and technological input should be incorporated.scientific case studies of all possible present and future security risks shoul be urgently and generously funded on priority and war footing.

since the almighty has taken leave to save this country we will pray to cut short his leave and take charge to punish the polititions first and there after their wont be any terrorist and communal violence

It is not communal but patriotic to say that the delay in the execution of sentence in Parliament case by the administartion is a part of conspiracy with terrorists for a better "shining India". The inordinate delay has created mental stress to the Indians. Who is responsible. When we cannot deal the present law stringently and speedly why we again go for new ones. Deplomatic delays are excused so is the execution of the senetence in parliamaent case may the answer. Poor indians excused every thing. If the administration wants more stringent laws than 302 in IPC go for that. What we want is a peace full life.

since the terrorism has reached such a stage tht it needs to be dealt with very harsh and tuff stick which can create fear and havoc in the mind of terrorists.

Cause we all know that there are many loop holes and dealing along with other cases would be too lengthy time, in fact the one who is innocent will sufffer a long and if culprit will cause more such activities. There should be separate and Special Courts for dealing only with such cases to be presided by Justice Rank of High Court Judge appointed by a special committee formed in Supreme Court for dealing with such types of cases because it risks the National Security which is the Supreme Constitution in itself.

our law should make strict laws with the help of constitution and it have to make ensure that its enforcement should be strict and absolute and one more important suggestion want to say here that there must be strict punishments given for the corruption under law. thank u, Sanman
