I filed RCR. Wife filed WS & made counter claim of divorce in same WS with some additional allegations.
Do i have to file WS to her counterclaim?? is this necessary?
My advocate is saying that it is not needed.
If i dont file WS to her counterclaim will that affect adversely to my RCR case?

1. You may file rejoinder to her WS r/w her counter claim(s).
2. It is a legal right. Even if you donot file rejoinder, future counter pleadings should be prudent enough from your side.
