A lady left her husband after fighting with him, and without taking a divorce from him officially in the honorable court, and she has a daughter from her previous husband as well.
Now, she is living alone and having s*xual relation with many persons.
Few years ago, she gave a birth to a baby and she registered the birth of the baby with my friends name as a father as well as a registrant in the local Municipal committee office.
My friend knew about it after she filed the case in the court for maintenance charges (for newly born baby).
Does anyone know how name on the birth certificate can be changed?
There are some important points:
She is still married to her previous husband officially.( no evidence of divorce)
There isn’t any proof of marriage/living relationship with my friend
Wrong address of my friend on the birth registration entry book
My friend never went for birth registration of a baby (signature forgery)
