Would wife get 50% of husband's property in a divorce case

i want to know whether the new divorce amendment has been made into law or not? RS has approved it, should that be enough for court to honor this amendment as law or does it requires LS to approve as well?

not yet made a law, need to pass in LS, and get the presidential nod in order to make it a law.

no need to worry, this law is not passed by President of India, after his consent and notification this will be became a law.
