Hello my DV case against me is on final stage and judge is going to dismiss DV as the case was not maintainable. I have a feeling that my wife will withdraw the case before judgement ? Is it possible that she can withdraw case during final stage or is it too late for her ? I really don't want her to withdraw the case as i know her complaint will be dismissed. I would appreciate if someone could reply.
